Pelican International Services represents and issue certificates for West African countries since 2004. For a fast and safe procedure, always look for your officially recognized and authorized agent.
Apart the usual shipping documentation such as bill of lading, commercial invoice, etc… an E-CTN certificate (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) is compulsory and must be issued to avoid considerable penalties at destination.
Each country having its own regulations, it is highly recommended for carriers / shippers / forwarders / clearing agents to contact us prior loading for full guidance.
Each certificate has its own number; it must be inserted in the cargo description of the bill of lading.
